Domestic Shipping

Shipping Delays and Patience

We partner with USPS and UPS for domestic shipments. Once your order has been handed off to our shipping partners, we no longer have control over the shipping speed or accuracy.

USPS and UPS policies state that a package cannot be deemed lost until 30 calendar days have passed since the last tracking update. We ask for your patience during this period.

If the tracking link has never been scanned and the accompanying link has not activated, please allow 2-3 weeks before considering the package lost.

International Shipping

Shipping Delays and Patience

For international shipments, please allow 45-60 days after the last tracking update before considering a package lost. Shipping times may vary due to customs and other factors beyond our control.

Customs Fees

All Powerful X Marketing orders are made and shipped from the USA. International orders ship with Due Duties Unpaid (DDU) status. Any customs fees assessed are the sole responsibility of the end recipient of the order. Powerful X Marketing will not be held responsible for or pay any customs fees for customers' orders.

Shipping Obligations

Delivery Confirmation

All Powerful X Marketing can do is ship in good faith to the address provided by the customer during checkout. If an order's tracking link updates to "delivered" or "delivery attempted," we consider our shipping obligations fulfilled.

If a customer claims they did not receive a "delivered" product, we recommend they check with their neighbors or contact their local post office for more information about the delivery.
